Refund, Cancellation, & Late Payment Terms
Cenra Solutions
These terms apply to all services provided by Cenra Solutions.
Cancellations
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
- Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee, at our discretion.
Refund Policy
Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:
- Service was paid for but not delivered
- A clear billing error was made (e.g., duplicate payment)
- Refund is approved on a case-by-case basis due to service dissatisfaction or unforeseen issues
Non-Refundable Items:
- Deposits (unless otherwise stated in writing)
- Completed labor or time already spent on service
- Hardware or parts purchased on your behalf (unless defective under warranty)
Late Payment Terms
- Invoices are due within 10 business days of issue, unless stated otherwise.
- A late fee of $15 or 5% of the total invoice, whichever is higher, may apply after the due date.
- Continued non-payment may result in suspension of services or legal collection efforts.
Discretion Clause
Cenra Solutions reserves the right to waive fees or adjust terms in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.
