Right to Refuse Service Clause

Cenra Solutions reserves the right to refuse or terminate service under the following conditions:
- The service requested poses a legal, ethical, or security risk.
- The Client engages in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior.
- The request involves sensitive data subject to regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA), unless a specific agreement is in place.
- The environment is deemed unsafe or unsuitable for the requested service.
- The Client is in violation of prior terms, unpaid invoices, or repeated cancellations.
Refusal of service will be communicated clearly, and any paid deposits for unrendered services will be refunded, unless otherwise stated.
