How do I pay for services?

What are your rates and minimum charges?

Standard hourly rate of $40.00/hour with a 1-hour minimum. After-hours/emergency work may include a surcharge. For remote-only support, payment is required in advance for a 2-hour block. We’ll refund you for any unused time.

Are there limits to remote help?

Requires a working internet connection and Windows 10/11. BIOS and hardware fixes must be done on-site or in our workshop. Sessions are usually capped around two hours.

Where do you offer in-person service?

On-site visits within Lincoln, NE. A travel fee may apply outside a ~10-mile radius. Remote help is available anywhere.

What devices do you work on?

Windows PCs/laptops and typical home-network gear. No Apple hardware repairs or phone screen replacements. Custom coding only under contract.

What services do you not provide?

No clean-room data recovery, no unlicensed software installs, no data storage, no major wiring/rewiring of data cables, and no illegal activities.

How soon can I get an appointment?

Typical lead time is 24–48 hours. Limited emergency slots may be available (surcharge may apply).

Do you guarantee your work?

7-day workmanship guarantee. Parts are covered by manufacturer warranties. Refunds available for work not yet started.

Will you see or keep my personal files?

We access only what’s necessary. We don’t retain customer data after the job. NDAs available on request.

Are you insured?

Yes—general liability coverage. Clients are responsible for backing up important data.

What are your business hours?

Mon–Fri, 9 AM–6 PM. Weekend appointments by arrangement.

How fast do you respond?

We aim to reply within one business day. Urgent business inquiries may be prioritized.

Which remote-support software do you use?

Typically Microsoft Quick Assist or some other alternatives based off of need and circumstances. Sessions are temporary and you can end them at any time.
